Comfortable & Atmospheric Environments
Our Head Chef serves a traditionally Scottish menu, with a focus on local produce professionally prepared for you to savour. Working with local fishmongers, butchers and vegetable suppliers, we offer you fresh, high quality ingredients, while giving you a true taste of delicious Scottish fare.
We are passionate about creating each dish to perfection, sharing recipes and techniques passed down from the generations before us. We make everything we can in-house, from the batters for your fish, to pickles for your burgers and home baking for your desserts.
Offering à la carte throughout the hotel, with daily changing specials, we designed our menu to be enjoyed by the whole family, with a little something for everyone and a few local favourites too! We are confident you will be spoilt for choice.

The Innerkip Room
Our main restaurant, originally known as ‘the cave’, is the ideal setting for every occasion – from an informal dinner for two, to a special family celebration. Beautifully refurbished, the restaurant features a slate Gin Bar, bespoke Elm furniture, and local artwork and photography.
Open every Friday to Sunday, we also offer exclusive use of the Innerkip Room on request for family gatherings, private dining, christenings, communions, small weddings, anniversaries and corporate events.
Our relaxed dining area welcomes you as you arrive into the hotel. Popular with regular guests who enjoy the fireside location, warm décor and views of the old Main Street, it is a cosy and comfortable setting for a midweek lunch or dinner. If you like a bustling atmosphere, great food and the chance to bump into a familiar face, this is the place for you.
We are delighted to offer a range of dining, buffet and drinks options for events, celebrations and gatherings. Whatever the occasion, formal or informal, we would welcome the opportunity to help create the perfect environment for you and your guests.
With their individual charm and qualities, you can choose any area of the hotel you wish, from the Innerkip Room with mezzanine gallery, to the Lounge or one of our wee bars. We understand every occasion is unique, so if you are planning a meal we can tailor a menu specially to suit your requirements. We can also offer you our bespoke Family Table designed by local craftsmen at Fairlie Furniture Works, which makes a beautiful centrepiece for any celebration, dinner or buffet.
If you have an occasion, idea or celebration in mind, we would love to hear from you.
